Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver signature client service, drive retail sales and represent the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client experience by providing attentive, personalised service and high-quality after‑sales support.
  • Drive and maximise store sales through proactive client acquisition, clienteling and relationship management with both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market and fashion trends to inform merchandising and client conversations.
  • Support the management team in implementing store procedures, visual standards and operational protocols to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team performance, meet KPIs and contribute to a positive retail environment.

  • Strong understanding of Balenciaga’s aesthetic, brand values and product categories with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Demonstrable customer‑service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new customers and deepen relationships within the luxury market, supported by curiosity about fashion trends.
  • Positive, proactive team player who contributes to a collaborative workplace and supports colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships will be an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is desirable.
