Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Regularly assess market and fashion trends to inform business strategies.
  • Enhance teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering superior customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
  • Strengthen brand culture internally and externally, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Proactively develop new clientele and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
