Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by building and maintaining a comprehensive client portfolio.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards and values.
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all communications and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
  • Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
  • Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Existing right to work in the Netherlands.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of product sensitivity and market trends. Teamwork and independent work capabilities. Strong administrative and digital skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field is required.
