Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust and updated client portfolio.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's service standards and values.
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales support.
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
  • Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
  • Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Existing right to work in the Netherlands.

Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative and digital skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury fashion sector or a related field is required.
