Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized advice and service to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a compelling and relevant manner.
- Develop sales and client database through personalized customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle transactions, including tax refunds, and manage alterations.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-up communications.
- Collect and update client information for the customer database.
- Receive, label, and display products, ensuring the boutique is well-stocked and organized.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client base.
- Fluent in English and ideally proficient in a third language.

Confirmed experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
