Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to clients.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a compelling manner.
- Offer personalized advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle transactions and manage tax refund processes.
- Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
- Maintain client records and update customer database.
- Receive, label, and display new merchandise.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
