Role & Responsibilities

- Engage clients through authentic, long-term relationships from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of all areas.

- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of product sensitivity, market, and fashion trends.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
