Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Present and convey the brand's ethos and Pierpaolo Piccioli's creative vision.
- Offer personalized styling advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
- Oversee alterations and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Maintain and update client records and contact information.
- Receive, label, and display merchandise in accordance with brand standards.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Assist in inventory preparation and execution.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Deep understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluent in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
