Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with personalized service to enhance sales and client loyalty.
- Present and maintain the brand image and product knowledge effectively.
- Handle transactions, tax refunds, and manage alterations.
- Follow up with clients and update client database.
- Receive, tag, and display merchandise.
- Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with a high standard of personal presentation and service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluent in English and preferably a third language.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.
