Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by building, maintaining and thoroughly updating a robust client portfolio
- Deliver Balenciaga’s customer service standards across the full client journey, from welcome to after‑sales assistance
- Develop authentic, long‑term client relationships through active clienteling and personalised engagement
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests
- Provide continual feedback on client activity, purchasing patterns and market trends
- Maintain shop floor presentation and organisation in strict accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Exhibit consistent professionalism in communication, teamwork and daily behaviours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or a similar high‑end retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail setting
- Deep product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion market and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
- Strong administrative and digital literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a comparable sales role is required; transferable experience from premium retail environments will be considered.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational training or certifications in retail, retail management or fashion are advantageous.
