Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Balenciaga’s luxury standards and Harrods’ expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active client engagement, product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a client book; execute proactive clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management and VIP outreach.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation to House guidelines; ensure stockrooms and selling floor reflect current collections and promotional directives.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit procedures in line with store policies.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in trainings, product briefings and store meetings; contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality client service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transactional accuracy and inventory tasks.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience

Previous retail experience in luxury, premium fashion or high-end department stores is preferred; typically 1+ year in a client-facing sales role, with demonstrable sales performance and client relationship management.

Education

Secondary education completed; tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion or a related discipline are advantageous but not required.
