Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
- Foster authentic and long-term client relationships, from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in all display areas.

- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of product sensitivity, market, and fashion trends.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in administrative and digital tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
