Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
- Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
- Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize display areas.

- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant transferable skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of product sensitivity, market, and fashion trends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
