Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong client portfolio.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards and values.
  • Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales service.
  • Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
  • Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferrable skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Skills

Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative and digital skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field is required.
