Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, advise, and sell to customers, ensuring a high level of service.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in an engaging and informed manner.
- Provide personalized advice to customers to drive sales and expand the client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
- Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
- Collect customer information for database updates.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Restock products and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluent in English and preferably a third language.

Experience
A solid background in luxury retail sales, with experience in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
