Role & Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales and store targets, contributing to business growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Balenciaga products, history, and brand message.
Maintain an organized client book with accurate data, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and history to enhance client interactions and provide informed advice.
Collaborate effectively within a team, fostering open communication and proposing solutions.
Execute daily operational tasks in alignment with company directives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a retail setting.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for fashion.
Strategic vision to drive business development and personal performance.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of fashion trends and history.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
