Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's service standards and values.
- Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationship building, from initial contact to after-sales support.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain display and organization of all areas in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or in a position with transferable skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of product sensitivity and market fashion trends.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong administrative and digital proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
