• Engage clients through authentic, long-term relationships from initial contact to post-sale.
• Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
• Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across all display areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of product sensitivity, market, and fashion trends.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong administrative and digital skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
