Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize business potential and deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and a team culture based on information sharing and best practices.
  • Maintain behavior in line with Balenciaga's service standards, image, and values.
  • Promote the brand culture internally and externally, ensuring excellence in customer experience.
  • Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book, and develop the client portfolio.
  • Support adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, or leather goods sectors.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market trends and fashion. Result-oriented with commercial acumen. Flexibility, openness, curiosity, and listening skills. Ability to handle stress. Proficiency in digital skills. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in assisted sales within the fashion, luxury, or leather goods sectors.
