Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the fashion business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and provide detailed storytelling on collections.
  • Offer personalized advice and maintain high client satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.
  • Engage clients by building authentic, long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues to achieve goals.
  • Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
  • Perform regular front-of-house and back-of-house duties.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and process store deliveries and shipments.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Service-oriented and collaborative approach. Proficiency in client engagement and relationship building. Ability to execute visual merchandising and product presentation. Competence in processing transactions and managing stock operations.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required for external candidates. Internal candidates must have completed the Balenciaga onboarding path and Omnichannel Client Journey training.
