Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, with relevant experience as a plus.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with additional relevant experience considered an advantage.
