Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment.
  • Related experience in the fashion industry is advantageous.

Skills

Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with additional experience in fashion being beneficial.
