Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support and comply with all store processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is advantageous.
  • Strong fashion and product sensitivity with knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required. Experience in a related field is beneficial.
