Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring client relationships.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is advantageous.
  • Sensitivity to fashion and product knowledge with awareness of fashion trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred, particularly in a similar role.
