Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related role.
- Strong fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
