Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends.
