Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a keen awareness of fashion trends.
