Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of product presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
