Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

Skills

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly in luxury fashion, is preferred.
