Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support store processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the fashion industry.
