Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to management.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide personalized advice and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Engage clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Follow guidelines for client journey and loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
  • Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform front and back of house duties without supervision.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and process store deliveries.
  • Prepare and organize client deliveries and shipments.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in handling client transactions and store operations. Knowledge of market trends and fashion industry. Capability to inspire and engage clients. Competence in maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Experience
