Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Engage with customers to build strong and lasting relationships, acting as a guide to enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver high-quality and professional customer service.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and product quality, managing in-store displays and merchandise effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising meets company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition for brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Competence in using MS Office and other computer software.
Skills
Experience
Experience in sales, particularly within the luxury or fashion industry, is preferred.
