Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Engage with customers to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with international brands; sales experience preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and discernment for brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
