Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor in Seoul to drive luxury sales and deliver exemplary client service in-store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client experience in store, representing the brand’s image and values at every touchpoint.
- Maximize sales performance through proactive client development, conversion of walk-in traffic and personalised clienteling.
- Provide outstanding customer service and after‑sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor market and fashion trends regularly and translate insights into sales opportunities and client conversations.
- Support colleagues to achieve team targets and strengthen overall team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Assist the management team with adherence to store procedures, visual standards and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable affinity for Balenciaga’s aesthetic and the ability to act in accordance with the brand’s image and values.
- Strong interest in the luxury market and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends to drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
- Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver high-quality sales and after‑sales service.
- Proactive, positive team player who contributes to a constructive working environment and supports team objectives.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales and client-facing roles is preferred, with a track record of developing client relationships and meeting sales targets. Experience in after‑sales service and adherence to store procedures is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or studies in fashion, retail or a related field is advantageous but not required.
