Balenciaga in Seoul seeks a Sales & Client Advisor to drive sales, deliver exceptional client service and represent the brand in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Balenciaga brand and image in all customer interactions and in-store activities.
  • Maximise store revenue through proactive selling, client development and targeted conversion of footfall into purchases.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after‑sales (AS) support to build long-term client relationships.
  • Actively identify and develop new clients while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market and fashion trends regularly to inform sales approach and client conversations.
  • Support colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Assist the management team with adherence to store procedures and operational standards.

  • Strong interest in the luxury market with up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends to drive client acquisition and retention.

Experience
