Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to management.
  • Provide high-quality client feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe with a storytelling approach.
  • Offer personalized advice and respond to client expectations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute product presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by upholding Balenciaga's service standards.
  • Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
  • Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
  • Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform front and back of house duties without supervision.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Receive and process store deliveries.
  • Prepare deliveries and shipments to clients.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventories.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external hires).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in sales and client advisory. Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics. Competence in visual merchandising and product presentation. Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Skill in managing client transactions and store operations.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
