Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Address and report client requests and complaints to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide personalized advice and maintain high standards of client service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Create and update the client portfolio using the Luce app.
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales assistance.
  • Facilitate teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including processing transactions and managing stock.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of luxury fashion and market trends. Competence in using retail management software and applications.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
