Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and deliver exceptional client and after-sales service.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stock team to ensure optimal product rotation.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reports to management.
  • Address and report client complaints to the Department Manager or Associate Store Director.
  • Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
  • Promote Balenciaga's brand culture and ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Facilitate seamless omnichannel client journeys.
  • Present Balenciaga collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and portfolios.
  • Support management in store process compliance and follow-up.
  • Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
