Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a diverse and high-value clientele, managing clienteling activities and building long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and follow-up.
  • Act as the Russian-language point of contact for clients in-store and remotely, ensuring seamless multilingual communication.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including product presentation, POS transactions, after-sales service and client care.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and replenishment in line with brand guidelines.
  • Record and update client information and interactions accurately in the CRM; assist with targeted outreach and event invitations.
  • Support store operations including inventory control, receiving deliveries and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Represent the brand professionally at client events and during appointments, driving brand loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Russian (required); professional-level English (preferred).
  • Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales with demonstrable results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to manage high-value client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and numeracy to manage transactions and targets.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
