Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high standards of client service.
• Address and report client requests and complaints to the management team.
• Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability.
• Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
• Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's values and ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Present the Balenciaga universe through storytelling and provide personalized advice.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.
• Build and update client portfolios and engage clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
• Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
• Excellent listening skills and adaptability.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
