Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.

Skills

Product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of fashion trends. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
