Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management with daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and deposits.
  • Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication. Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sector is required, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales goals and operational excellence.
