Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist in the oversight of daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and maintain cash accuracy.
  • Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service excellence. Leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in visual merchandising.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.
