Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in line with company policies.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management with daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and team members.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for updates.
  • Adhere to and promote sustainability policies locally and globally.
  • Collaborate with stock associates and operations team to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes function correctly and maintain transaction accuracy.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive store performance.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance enhancement.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Organizational skills for stock and inventory management.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors.
