Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with departments, colleagues, and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on updates.
  • Adhere to and promote company sustainability policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to minimize store shrinkage through sound operational practices.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain transaction accuracy.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Fluency in French and English for excellent client service.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
