Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet and exceed targets through high-quality client service.
  • Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policy.
  • Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations, staffing and personnel management.
  • Maintain organised stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory control and shrinkage prevention.
  • Execute cash handling and safe procedures, ensure register accuracy and timely bank deposits.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and communicate visual standards to the sales team.
  • Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and supplies to preserve presentation and operational standards.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Enforce store operational manuals, sustainability policies and corporate standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commercial awareness and solid business acumen with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop high-performing teams.

Experience

At least three years' experience in retail or fashion store operations with demonstrable sales performance; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.

Education
