Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations and personnel management.
- Ensure effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage inventory, loss prevention, and ensure cash register accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry is required, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
