Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized for easy access to merchandise.
  • Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
  • Implement and enforce sustainability policies at local and global levels.
  • Partner with Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
  • Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, and store supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to implement visual merchandising strategies. Proficiency in managing store operations and inventory. Capability to handle customer service issues effectively.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.
