Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in adherence to company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for optimal accessibility.
- Assist management with daily store operations and personnel management.
- Foster strong communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Implement and uphold store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash register and safe operations align with company standards.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives as directed by management.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sectors, demonstrating a capacity to drive sales and manage store operations effectively.
