Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Ensure effective communication with all departments and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strategic vision to develop business and personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to drive results and exceed sales targets. Organizational skills for stock and inventory management. Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store maintenance.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
